Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:

• If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange of the item or order within 30 days of the purchase date.
• All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. (You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase, but we may charge your account for the full value of the gift.) Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product.
• We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging. Contact the office to initiate the return process, once your return is approved, your refund will be submitted. Refunds to the original form of payment may take 8-10 business days, depending on your financial institution
